Guarantee of Authenticity:
We offer a guarantee of authenticity on all of our products. All merchandise is new and includes its original packaging and certificate of authenticity. Merchandise is new and comes with original plastic packing with bar code number, serial number, sleeper bag and certificates of authenticity. Please see detailed product description to what applies for each individual product. Not all of the listed above applies to every model. Each bag comes in the exact same way as you would find in a boutique.
Return Policy:
We will gladly accept returns on all unused, undamaged merchandise if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise must be receipt by us in its original condition (all tags affixed) within 7 days upon reception, ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND DOCUMENT. Refunds will be issued based on your method of payment. All purchases made by check or money order will be issued in the form of a company check made payable to original purchaser. There will be a $15.00 per item charge as restocking fee for all returns which is to be deducted from your purchase value, excluding shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for each order to be processed.
Out-of-Stock Orders:
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail to inform you that your order has been canceled within 15 days'.
